Sites Set to 2010.

Here we are, in the final month of 2009 already. It's weird to already be done with the first year at 211 Motocross, but they say time flies when you're having fun. We definitely had our share of fun this year, from Sunbelt all the way to the Season Finale.We saw improvements made to the track and the property, we acquired a wonderful crew, and we put on some great races. All that's left to do in 2009 is prepare ourselves for a great 2010.

I want to thank all the riders, moms, dads, grandparents, workers, spectators, sponsors, and volunteers for making this year a great one. I especially want to thank the Myers family. Mike, his wife Trisha, and his two boys Wyatt and Wade, really made every event at 211 possible. Without the Myers, I would have been lost. Also, Darrell Trammell is irreplaceable when it comes to prepping the track and dropping the gates. Then, there is AHERN Rentals, the Blackwell family, and the Brownlee family to thank. I know I've forgotten someone, but just know that I could not have made it through this year without you.

For 2010, look for more races and a better 211 Motocross. With a whole year already under our belt, we will be full steam ahead for 2010. Tentative dates will be up soon for 2010, so start marking your calendars. The Texas Sunbelt Series will be back again, with a few changes and more fun. Also look for some Ponca City qualifiers at 211, as the Brownlee's and myself are trying to bring west Texas motocross to the limelight. Of course, the East vs. West Invitational will be in its second year and, after putting the east riders in their place this year, I expect no less for 2010. We have some of the best riders in the nation out here in west Texas and I expect to see great things this next year.

This will be my last entry for 2009, as I will be busy graduating over the next couple weeks. Wish me luck during my final weeks at school! I wish all of you Happy Holidays and safe travels.
